Shipping and Returns

Willowby offers FREE ground shipping on orders $100+ to any address in the contiguous United States.

For orders under $100, shipping is $10. Please allow 5- 10 business days for arrival. 

All orders above $150 to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories qualify for free shipping. For orders under $150, shipping is $10. Please allow 10-15 days business days for arrival.

All orders ship via USPS.

Willowby does not ship outside of the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S Territory’s at this time.
