Refund policy

Willowby has a 10 day return policy. This means you have 10 days after the delivery date of your item to request a return.

For an item to be eligible for a return it must be in the same condition that it was received; unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

After your return has been accepted, Willowby will send you a return shipping label along with instructions. 

Items sent back to Willowby without first submitting a return request through the portal cannot be accepted. 

Once your item has been received and the return approved, you will be refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days. 

You can always contact Willowby with any return questions here. 

Willowby does not accept exchanges.

Willowby cannot accept returns on sale items as all sale items are final and non-refundable.
